Cream Cheese

Home Made Cream Cheese:

Ingredients:

- Milk: 2 Litres,
- Lemon Juice: 5 Tbsp.
- Water: As Required.

Instructions:

- Keep a medium Vessel on the Stove,
- Pour a little water in the Vessel,
- After heating, Add the Milk in it,
- Boil the Milk,
- Switch off the Stove,
- After that, Add Lemon Juice 1 spoon at a time again and again
- Meanwhile, Mix it well,
- Let it rest for 15 Minutes after you added all the Lemon Juice,
- Drain the Whey (Cheese Water) and take the Curdle at a separate vessel,
- Then Grind the Curdle adding the drained Cheese water with it till you achieve the right consistency,

You can use it for making Cakes and other Baking items...
