How to make Onion / Ginger / Garlic / Lemon and Tomato Powder | Basics

Basics:

Onion Powder:

- Onion: 4 No.

Lemon Powder:

- Lemon: 3 No.

Ginger Powder:

- Ginger: 100 g,

Garlic Powder:

- Garlic: 3 Bulbs,

Tomato Powder:

- Tomatoes: 5 No.

Instructions:

Onion Powder:

- Take Onions and Peel it's skin,
- Cut the Onions in small slices,
- Separate the Slices into layers,
- SunDry the Onion layers for 2 Days,
- Grind it to a fine powder,
- If needed, SunDry it again and store it in an Airtight container to prevent moisture.

Lemon Powder:

- Wash the Lemons,
- Cut the Lemons into Slices,
- SunDry it for 2 Days,
- Grind it to a fine powder,
- If needed, SunDry it again and store it in an Airtight container to prevent moisture.
Note: The greener the Lemons are, the better the Lemon Powder is.

Ginger Powder:

- Scrap the skin of Ginger,
- Cut the Ginger in small slices,
- SunDry the Ginger slices for 2 Days,
- Grind it to a fine powder,
- If needed, SunDry it again and store it in an Airtight container to prevent moisture.

Garlic Powder:

- Take Garlic Bulbs and separate the heads,
- peel its skin,
- Cut the Garlic Heads in small slices,
- SunDry the Garlic slices for 2 Days,
- Grind it to a fine powder,
- If needed, SunDry it again and store it in an Airtight container to prevent moisture.

Tomato Powder:

- Wash and Clean the Tomatoes,
- Remove the hard brown skin,
- Cut the Tomatoes in round slices,
- SunDry the Tomato slices for 2 Days,
- Grind it to a fine powder,
- If needed, SunDry it again and store it in an Airtight container to prevent moisture.

Note: These powders can be kept for 1 Year in Airtight Containers and can be used for Flavours.
