Rice Porridge

Rice Porridge:

Ingredients:

- Raw Rice: 2 Cups,
- Mustard Seeds: 1 Tsp.
- Bengal Gram Lentils: 1 Tbsp.
- Black Gram Lentils: 1 Tbsp.
- Red Chilli: 6 No.,
- Curry Leaves: 2 Tbsp.,
- Rock Salt: To Taste,
- Oil: As Required.
- Sliced Shallots: 150 g,

Instructions:

For Rice Batter:

- Wash the Soaked Rice and drain the Water,
- Add Rock Salt to Taste and Grind to a fine Coarse Batter,

For Rice Porridge:
- Keep a Pan on a Stove,
- Add Oil and Heat it,
- Add Mustard Seeds and let it pop,
- Add Bengal Gram Lentils, Black Gram Lentils, and Red Chillis and Saute them,
- Add Curry Leaves and Coriander Leaves and Saute it,
- Add Rice Batter to it and Mix the Contents well,
- Keep on stirring the mix continuously by adding Oil time to time,
- Plate the Rice Porridge after the stage, it feels GRAINY,

The Delicious, Tasty and Fantabulous Rice Porridge are ready to Serve.
