Home Made Paneer:
Ingredients:
- Full Cream Milk: 1 Litre,
- Water: As Required.,
- Lemon Juice: 1 Tbsp.,
Instructions:
- Pre-Heat the Vessel on a Stove,
- Pour a Little Bit of Water in it, (So that the Milk doesn't burn)
- Then Pour the Milk and Let it Boil,
- After it Boils, Take Lemon Juice in a small bowl and add water to it
- Add the Lemon water little by little to the Milk in frequent Intervals,
- Stir in between Regularly,
- Turn off the Stove and Keep the Vessel idle for 10 minutes,
- Then, you can see the Paneer separating from water,
- Keep a Big Bowl and a Clean Cloth on it,
- Pour the Contents in the Vessel in the Cloth on the Big Bowl,
- Now, Squeeze the water out into the Big Bowl,
- Wash the Paneer in the Cloth with Cold Water,
- Do the Above given 3 Steps again and again till you wash out the remaining Lemon juice remnants along with excess water in the Paneer,
- Keep the Paneer for 5 hours under pressure (Using any heavy material and a mold) to give a good shape,
- Then take the Paneer out and Cut into your desired shape and use it in any Curry or Side Dish you want,
