Hi, How are you, Folks? Today, we have made Tomato Pickle today. The Tangy, Juicy Tomatoes in the presence of Salt is just awesome. It makes a good and Healthy combination to give additional flavor to your Culinary Delights.

Tomato Pickle:
Ingredients:
- Tomatoes: 1 Kg,
- Tamarind: 50 g,
For Masala:
- Cumin Seeds: 1 Tbsp.,
- Mustard Seeds: 1 Tbsp.,
- Fenugreek Seeds: 1 Tbsp.,
For Tempering:
- Oil: 6 Tbsp.,
- Curry Leaves: 2 Tbsp.,
- HomeMade Turmeric Powder: 1/4th Tsp.,
- Asafoetida: 1/4 Tsp.,
- Salt: To Taste,
- Red Chilli Powder: 2 Tbsp.,
Instructions:
- Clean and wash the Tomatoes,
- Remove the Seeds from the Tamarind,
- Cut the Tomatoes into Eight equal pieces,
- Cut the Fleshy portion and Keep it aside,
- Cut the Juicy inner portion and add it to the Tamarind,
- Sundry the Fleshy portion,
- Grind the Fleshy part coarsely and Keep it aside,
- Let the Tamarind and the pulpy juicy portion soak for a while,
- Grind them into a fine paste,
For the Masala:
- Dry Fry Mustard Seeds, Cumin Seeds, and Fenugreek Seeds,
- Grind the Above given Masalas and keep it in a bowl,
For Tempering:
- Add the Curry Leaves, HomeMade Turmeric Powder and Asafoetida in pre-heated Oil,
- Add Coarsely Ground Tomato Shells, Ground Tamarind and Tomato Pulp Mixture and Ground Masala to it and Mix them well individually One by One,
- Add Salt to taste and Red Chilli Powder and Mix the contents well,
- Mix the contents well for 20 Mins,
- Switch off the Stove / Burner and again mix well till the Contents are cooled down,
- Now, Keep it in a Glass Jar or Mud Pot for maximum longevity,
The Delicious, Fantabulous, Marvelous, Tasty Tomato Pickle is ready to serve.
