Lemon Chicken Dry Gravy / Non-Vegetarians Must Watch

Hi, How are you, Folks? Today, We have decided to dedicate a new Non-Vegetarian Dish which all the people who like Non-Veg would like to prepare and eat.

It is Lemon Chicken Dry Gravy... The Juicy Chicken in the dish makes our mouth to drip water. It gives a Tangy flavor because of Lemons in it... The best way to eat it is with Indian Bread (Chappathi, Naan etc...)

So, without ado, let's see the video:



Lemon Chicken Dry Gravy:

Ingredients:

For Marinated Chicken:

- Chicken Pieces: 750 g,
- Kashmiri Chilli Powder: 3 Tsp.
- Red Chilli Powder: 1&1/2 Tsp.
- Cumin Seed (Jeera) Powder: 1 Tsp.
- Coriander Powder: 1/2 Tbsp.
- Salt: To Taste,
- Ginger Garlic Paste: 1 Tbsp.
- Clarified Butter or Butter: 1 Tbsp.
- Coriander Leaves (Chopped): 1 Tbsp.
- Curd: 2 Tbsp.
- Lemon Juice: 1 Tbsp.

For Lemon Chicken Dry Gravy:

- Cooking Oil (Any): 1 Tbsp.
- Garam Masala: Cumin Seeds: 1/2 Tsp.
                               Black Cardamom: 1 No.
                               Green Cardamom: 3 No.
                               Cinnamon: 1 Inch,
                               PepperCorn: 10 No.,
- Onions (Chopped): 2 No.
- Green Chillis (Chopped): 2 No.
- Ginger Garlic Paste: 1 Tbsp.
- Water: As Required.
- Red Chilli Powder: 1 & 1/2 Tsp.
- Coriander Powder: 1/2 Tsp.
- Salt: To Taste,
- Lemon Juice: 2 Tbsp.
(Note: You Can add 1 Tbsp. more Lemon Juice, if you need a more Tangy Flavour)

- Coriander Leaves: 1 Tbsp. (for Garnishing)

Instructions:

For Marinated Chicken:

- Take Chicken in a Bowl,
- Add Kashmiri Chilli Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Cumin Seed Powder, Coriander Powder, Salt, Ginger Garlic Paste, Clarified Butter (Ghee) or Butter, Chopped Coriander Leaves, Curd and Lemon Juice,
- Mix it well and Keep it for 25 Minutes,

For Lemon Chicken Dry Gravy:

- Pre-Heat the Pan on a Stove,
- Pour Cooking Oil in the Pan / Wok and Let it Heat,
- Now, add the Garam Masala mentioned above in the Oil and Saute it well,
- Add Chopped Onion to it and Saute it again till it is Light Brown in color,
- Add Chopped Green Chillis in it and Saute it,
- Then Add Ginger Garlic Paste in it,
- Add a little Water as Required and Saute it well,
- Add the Marinated Chicken to the Mixture and Saute it Continuously,
- Add Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Salt, Lemon Juice and Water,
- Cover the Chicken with a Plate for 15 - 20 more minutes at Medium Flames,
- Add Coriander Leaves for Garnishing,
