Cauliflower Pepper's Masala Gravy & Vegetable Fried Rice

Hello, How are you, Folks? I have uploaded a new video today named Cauliflower Pepper's Masala Gravy & Vegetable Fried Rice. It is a Home Made Indian Traditional Main Course. 4 People can have it at Lunch or Dinner.

Cauliflower Pepper's Masala Fry & Vegetable Fried Rice:

Cauliflower Pepper's Masala Fry:

Ingredients:

- Cauliflower: 250 gms,
- Bell Peppers/ Shimla Mirch(Red, Green, and Yellow): 200 gms,
- Tomato (Medium Sized): 2 No. (coarse for Tomato Puree)
- Tomato (Medium Sized): 1 No. (Sliced)
- Onion (Medium Sized): 2 No.
- Garlic Ginger Paste: 2 Tsp.
- Chopped Green Chillis: 3 No.
- Turmeric Powder: 1 Tsp.
- Red Chilli Powder: 1 Tsp.
- Coriander Powder: 1 Tsp.
- Salt: To Taste,
- Roasted jeera Powder: 1 Tsp.
- Garam Masala: 1/2 Tsp.
- Dry Mango Powder(Aam Choor): 1/2 Tsp.

For Tempering/Tadka:

- Whole Jeera: 1 Tsp.
- Cardamom: 1 Inch,
- Bay Leaf: 1 No.
- Cloves: 3 No.
- Pepper Corn: 1/2 Tsp.

Garnishing:

- Chopped Coriander Leaves: 1 Tbsp.
- Kasuri Methi: 1 Tsp.

Note: Tsp. - Teaspoon, Tbsp. - Tablespoon, No. - Number

Ingredients:

For preparing Cauliflower:

- Cut Cauliflower into small florets and put it in Boiling Water.
- Put it in Boiling water and add Salt and Turmeric powder in it.
- Boil it for 2 - 3 mins and remove it from water and keep it aside.

For Cauliflower Pepper's Masala Gravy:

- Keep a pan on the stove. Heat it. Add Oil and Heat it.
- Now add the ingredients kept for tempering.
- Add Onions and Cook it for 2 - 3 mins, so that it turns into golden Brown Colour,
- Now add Green Chillis, Ginger Garlic Paste cook it for a minute.
- Add Tomato Puree and cook for 2 - 3 mins till the raw smell subsides.
- Add Salt to it, Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Cumin seed powder and Turmeric Powder.
- Then Mix well and cook. Then add Cauliflower to it.
- Mix well and add water, Close the Pan with a Lid and cook for 5 mins.
- Open the Lid and add peppers and sliced Tomatoes and mix well.
- Add water as required for consistency, Put the Lid and cook for 3 mins.
- Open the lid and Add Garam Masala and Dry Mango Powder then mix well.
- Add Coriander leaves, Rub Kasuri Methi and add it.
- Switch off the Stove and transfer it to the Serving Bowl.

For Vegetable Fried Rice:

Ingredients:

Oil: 2 Tbsp.
Jeera: 1 Tsp.
Sliced Onion: 1 No.
Green Chillis (Chopped): 2 No.
Ginger Garlic Paste: 1 Tsp.
Julians of Cabbage, Beans, Carrot and Bell Peppers (Red, Yellow, and Green: 1 Tbsp. each,
Cooked Basmati Rice: 1 and 1/2 Cup,
Salt: To Taste
Red Chilli Powder: 1 Tsp.
Garam Masala: 1/2 Tsp.
Dry Mango Powder: 1/2 Tsp.
Coriander Leaves(Chopped): 1 Tbsp.

Instructions:

- Keep a Pan on Stove.
- Add Oil and Heat it.
- Add Jeera ( Cumin Seeds),
- After 1 Min., Add Sliced Onion and Saute it.
- Add Chopped Green Chillis and cook for another 20 secs,
- Add Ginger Garlic Paste and Saute it for 1 Min.,
-Then add all the Vegetable Julians (above mentioned) and Saute it for 2 mins.,
-Then add boiled Basmati Rice and Mix well,
- Add Salt, Red Chili Powder, Garam Masala, Dry Mango Powder and Mix well.
- Add Coriander Leaves for Garnishing and Transfer it to the Plate it.

The Delicious, Fantabulous, Finger-Licking "Cauliflower Pepper's Masala Gravy & Vegetable Fried Rice" is ready to Serve.
