Ingredients:
Potatoes (Medium): 3 No.,
Peas/Matar/Pattani: 1and 1/2 Cups,
Chopped Onion (Medium Size): 2 No.,
Ginger Garlic Paste: 1 Tbsp.,
Tomato (Made into coarse pulp): 3 No.,
Cumin Seeds: 2 Tsp.,
Red Chilli Powder: 2 Tsp.,
Turmeric Powder:1/2 Tsp.,
Coriander Powder: 2 Tsp.,
Dry Mango Powder (Aam choor): 1/2 Tsp.,
Green Chillies (Slit into 2 pieces): 4 No.,
Asafoetida: 1/2 Tsp.,
Salt: To Taste,
Garam Masala: 1 Tsp.,
Kasturi Methi: 2 Tsp.,
Coriander Leaves: As Required.
Instructions:
- Heat Oil and add Cumin seeds in it,
- Add Chopped Onion and Saute it till it becomes Medium Brown,
- Add 1 Tsp. Ginger Garlic Paste,
- Add Tomato Puree / Pulp and cook well,
- After 2 - 3 mins of cooking add Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Dry Mango Powder, Green Chillies (Slit into 2), Asafoetida, Salt to taste in regular intervals,
- Mix well till the Oil Separates,
- Add Potatoes and Mix it well,
- Add water, Cook well for another 10 mins,
- Then add Matar/Peas, Kasuri Methi and Garam Masala Powder into it,
- Transfer the contents to a Serving Bowl.
