Home Made Biriyani Masala. It has been uploaded on YouTube. People buy various masalas but Do they know, what type of items are added to make the masalas? Do you know what kind of Preservatives are added to it? What kind of Side effects can it cause us?
Here is a solution to it... We are going to show you how to make all kinds of Masalas in our upcoming videos at your home by spending the least amount of money and effort.
So, Here we present to you the first video on Indian Masalas :
Home Made Biriyani Masala :
Ingredients:
Cloves: 7 - 9 pieces
Cinnamon: 6 pods
Nutmeg Powder: 1/2 Tbsp.
Cumin Seeds: 2 Tbsp.
Mace : 3 pieces
Marathi Mogga : 4 -5 pieces
Star Anise : 3 pieces
Fennel Seeds : 2 Tbsp.
Bay Leaf: 2 Nos.
Coriander Seeds: 5 Tbsp.
Black Pepper: 2 Tbsp.
Instructions :
- Saute the ingredients namely Cloves, Cinnamon, Green Cardamom, Nutmeg, Mace, Marathi Mogga, Star Anise, Bay Leaf (Tez Patta), Coriander Seeds till it reaches right terms,
- Transfer it to a plate,
- Saute the Fennel Seeds and after its a little brownish, transfer it to the plate,
- Saute the Black Pepper then transfer it to the plate,
- Let all the ingredients to cool down for 5 - 10 minutes,
- Then grind all the ingredients till it becomes a fine powder.
- You can store and use the powder on various occasions for making various types of Biriyanis.
