How are you, folks? We have posted a new video named Gobi Paratha. It is a Homemade Paratha which is very easy to cook in the home without much effort.
Just you need is Cauliflower and Wheat Flour as the main ingredients and some other ingredients which are much affordable in any part of the world you live in. These spices like Turmeric powder, Coriander Leaf powder, Sesame Seeds and Coriander Leaves are very healthy for our Immune System, Respiratory System, and the Digestive System.
It helps in Preventing many diseases from attacking us as well as used to cures many diseases. It is a healthy way of living. As it is homemade, the nutritional values of the Gobi Parathas go up significantly. Second, As for the cost of the Parathas also decreases exponentially. It is a good option for our body and our wallet too.
So, Here goes the Video :
Gobi (Cauliflower) Paratha :
Ingredients:
For Stuffing:
Gobi (Cauliflower, For Stuffing): 1 Big Sized,
Chilli Powder: 2 Tsp.
Coriander Powder: 2 Tsp.
Dry Mango Powder: 1 Tsp.
Salt: to taste
Coriander Leaves: 2 Tbsp.
For Dough:
Wheat Flour: 4 Cups (240 mL each)
Salt: To Taste
Sesame Seeds: 1 Tsp.
Oil: 1 Tbsp.
For Raita:
Curd: 1 Cup
Salt: To taste
Dry Mango Powder: 1 Tsp.
Chilli Powder: 1 Tsp.
Coriander Powder: 1 Tsp.
Coriander Leaves (Chopped): 2 Tbsp.
Instructions:
For Stuffing:
- Grate Gobi (Cauliflower) with the help of a Grater or a food processor,
- Add these above-mentioned Masalas and mix them well. The stuff is ready,
- Take Wheat flour in another bowl,
- Add Salt, Sesame seeds and Oil to it,
- Then Mix it well,
- Add Water in a required quantity and knead well to make the Dough needed,
- Allow it to rest for the next 20 Minutes,
- Make small Balls of Dough with it,
- Shape the Balls into a cups,
- Add the Cauliflower Mixture (Masala) into it and close its opening,
- Roll it in the shape of bread and cook it on a frying pan or Tawa,
- Use Clarified Butter(Ghee) to lubricate it,
- Use Raita, Grated Green Chillies and a Lemon for Garnishing ( We will show a variety of Raita Recipes in the upcoming videos).
A tasty Indian Cauliflower Stuffed Bread is ready to eat with Curd Raitha.
