How to Cook Aloo Bajjis/Vzhakkai Bajjis/Vengaiyam Bajjis/Mutta Bajjis(Potato,Raw Banana,Onion,Boiled Egg)

How are you, folks? Time for Snacks, Why buy from Outside, when you can prepare it in Home itself? It's an easy way to make these Bajjis at home. You just need to have the ingredients in your house and this video to guide you in your mobile.

Here are four types of Bajjis ( Fried Snacks) shown in the videos with the recipes and the instructions to make it in the bottom of the blog post along with the video to understand the best procedure to make this simple snack at your home.

You can easily make and eat with your Spouse / Parents / Children etc...

Bajjis: 

For Batter:

Ingredients:

Gram Flour: 2 Cups,
Salt: To Taste,
Soda BiCarb: 1/2 Tsp.,
Asafoetida: 1/2 Tsp.,
Rice Flour: 2 Tsp.,
Chilli Powder: 2 Tsp.,
Oil: For Deep Frying - 1/2 Litre,

For Bajji :

Sliced Onions for Onion Bajji,
Sliced Raw Banana for Banana Bajji,
Sliced Potatoes for Potato Bajji,
Boiled Egg cut into 2 pieces for Egg Bajji.

Instructions:

- Keep Frying Pan on Stove, Heat it.
- Pour Oil into it,
- Keep it at medium flames and wait until it heats up,

- For Making Batter, Add all the above mentioned dry ingredients in a bowl,
- Mix Water in Little amounts and Mix the content well to get the right consistency.
- This batter is to be used for all Bajjis.

Onion Bajji:

- Dip Sliced Onion into the batter, And deep Fry it in the Hot Oil.
- Place the fried Bajjis on Tissue papers to remove excess oil.
- Plate it, Sprinkle Chat Masala on it.
- Serve it with Coconut Chutney or Tomato Sauce.

Repeat the Same Process with Raw Banana, Potatoes and Boiled Eggs.

And the tasty Bajjis are ready.

Serving: 4 Adults.
